IF YOU'RE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR HAS AN ISSUE CAUSED BY THE MANUFACTURING OF THE PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT US TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM OR RETURN FOR THE PRODUCT.

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON FURNITURE OR SEATING. IF YOU PURCHASE SOMETHING AND IT DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU, WE DO OFFER EXCHANGES FOR AN ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT FROM US WITHIN THE FIRST 14 DAYS.

ANY ITEMS THAT YOU CHOOSE TO RETURN FOR REASONS OTHER THAN A MANUFACTURING ISSUE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. RETURNS MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION AND WITHOUT MARKS, SCRATCHES, DAMAGE OR ANY SIGNIFICANT WEAR AND TEAR; RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A FULL INSPECTION PRIOR TO RETURN BEING ACCEPTED & FULFILLED.

OCCASIONALLY WE WILL ACCEPT FURNITURE/SEATING FOR TRADE-IN WHEN PURCHASING NEW FURNITURE AND SEATING FROM US; PLEASE CONTACT US WITH PHOTOS AND ALL INFORMATION IF INTERESTED. 

DAMAGES

DAMAGE DOES OCCUR DURING SHIPPING FROM TIME TO TIME. WE INSPECT ALL ITEMS PRIOR TO DELIVERY TO CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGES. FROM TIME TO TIME, ITEMS MAY BE KEPT IN PACKAGE UNTIL THEY ARRIVE TO THE SITE FOR DELIVERY/INSTALL. IF WE HAPPEN TO FIND CONCEALED DAMAGE DURING THIS TIME, OUR INSTALLERS WILL DOCUMENT THE DAMAGE AND A CLAIM WILL BE FILED SO A REPLACEMENT CAN BE ORDERED IN. IF WE HAPPEN TO MISS SOME DAMAGE, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY SO WE CAN OPEN A CLAIM FOR THE DAMAGE AND AID YOU IN GETTING A REPLACEMENT PIECE AND/OR ITEM.
